Fall Fash Refresh

Every fashion addict follows NYFW which provides us with the seasonal trends entirely too early for anyone to remember them all by the time the weather catches up. So I just wanted to give a basic recap of what to look out for when revamping your wardrobe for FALL 2013.

As a whole think of this season as forties meets seventies meets disco fever made modern.

A mix of ’60s mod, ’70s flair, ’80s edge, and ’90s grunge

Look for: metallics, nautical stripes, bright denim, fur, plaid, unfinished cuts, studs, sheer overlays & cut outs, bold shoulders, high low cuts (in jackets especially), wall street gone punk, prep school gone grunge, neons, oxblood, fit n flare, military silhouettes, pearls with a serious edge, loose fits, hearts, pastels, red makeup (for lips and eyes!), anything resembling Wednesday Addams
