Struggling With Your Resolutions? There’s an App for That

So it’s officially the new year. Which makes us feel like we can have a fresh start. We think this every year though and every year we stay pretty stagnant. By the time the next new year comes it’s been so long since we gave up on our resolutions we forget how hard it is to stick with them. We’re all starry eyed from the champagne, sparkly dresses, and the countdown to spot a foxy boy that we lose sight of reality. Which, consequently, wacks us in the face like a cartoon frying pan. Only realer. We wake up with pounding headaches, mascara down our faces, and our originally pretty dress crumbled on the floor by our empty bowl of Mac n Cheese. It’s no wonder the future of our resolutions look bleak. Even the few of us that still have the ability to pursue our resolutions after the year’s worst hangover don’t make it very far. So let’s all just face that head on. Let’s be realistic about our resolutions and make sure it’s something we really want. And something we can control and achieve. Otherwise it’s not going to survive the winter.

Besides the resolution itself we need to acknowledge that we will need some help. And what better to help us than that shiny screen we have glued to our hand. App-oholics rejoice. These little squares that litter your screen are exactly what’s going to help you accomplish your resolution. Once and for all.
